Biography

Dr. Njie is a board-certified pediatrician who provides health care to infants, children, and adolescents, from birth to 18 years of age. She treats common illnesses and conditions, monitors for patterns that may require additional evaluations, and recommends preventative vaccines and routine testing. She also partners with specialists to support the child’s overall care and makes referrals when appropriate, and utilizes telehealth to ensure her patient’s access to health care.

Dr. Njie was born and raised in a small West African country called The Gambia. She says that coming to work give her immense joy because she loves working with children of all ages and their families. “I cannot wait meet you!”

In her spare time, Dr. Njie enjoys spending time with family, movies, cooking, hiking, mountain climbing and any adventurous outdoor activity.

Dr. Njie received her medical degree from University of The Gambia School of Medicine in The Gambia, West Africa. She completed pediatric residency training from Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.
